Some of our clients had an incredible weekend racing.
I work with everyday people.
People with jobs. Families. Responsibilities & Busy lives.
People who originally came to us because they wanted to feel better,
Get stronger,
Lose some weight, run without breaking down
Or simply have enough energy to get through the week.
Overtime something interesting happens.
They realise they’re capable of more.
Training stops being about simply functioning.
It becomes about performing.
Darren is training for a marathon.
He used this 10K as a chance to practise his race strategy, holding his pace uphill,
Fuelling properly and staying controlled when things got uncomfortable.
Rachel came 3rd in her age category.
She’s also been dealing with ongoing knee and hip issues.
So rather than avoiding the problem,
We’re facing it head-on with a balanced strength plan.
And it’s paying off.
Then there’s Stephen.
He’s lost nearly 20kg this year.
His body has completely changed.
He’s always been an avid runner.
The difference now?
He’s gone from:
“Turn up and hope for the best.”
To:
“I have a target and I believe I’m capable of hitting it.”
That shift is everything.
For a lot of our guys, these events aren’t really about the event.
Training is a compass.
It gives them something to work towards.
Something that keeps them on track when life gets noisy.
Something that reminds them they’re not just here to survive the week.
They’re capable of much more than that.
Great work team💪🏻
