Partridge season opens next week and we have just the recipe to whet your appetite 🤤

🪿 Wildfowlers, take note! There's still time to apply for a seasonal permit at Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve in Northumberland.

While there's no formal deadline, Natural England issues a limited number each year, and with the season starting in a week, they won't hang around.
