On Sunday 16th August, Brymbo Cricket Club heads south for the Welsh Cup Semi Final against Briton Ferry Town CC.

This isn’t just a day for the players. It’s a day for the whole club.

The lads have worked incredibly hard to earn their place in the last four, and now they need the backing of the Blue & Yellow Army. A loud, passionate Brymbo following can make all the difference, especially with such a long trip away from home.

Whether you’re a current player, junior player, parent, volunteer, sponsor, former player or loyal supporter, we’d love you to travel with us and be part of the occasion. Let’s fill the bus, fill the boundary, and show everyone what Brymbo CC is all about.

We’re looking for businesses or individuals to sponsor the team’s travel and supporters’ bus, helping both our players and supporters make the journey to Briton Ferry. There are different sponsorship opportunities available.

Clive Thompson Memorial Match 2026

Brymbo Cricket Club is proud to host the annual Clive Thompson Memorial Match – a special day of cricket, community and fundraising.

This year, a North Wales Select XI takes on a South African Select XI, raising vital funds for Hope House Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospices. Every penny raised supports local children with life-threatening conditions and their families.
