Ladies day at the brits and Katie attempts to become 3 x British champion

Good luck tomorrow to Keir as he competes in his first British final at the ABPU Masters British championships.

Looked strong all the way through prep so expecting big things

First places for Gary and Simon in their respective classes at todays ABPU. BRITISH masters

Gary broke the British bench and deadlift records with 62.5kg and 137.5kg

Simon broke the awpc world records in squat, deadlift and total with 225kg, 238kg and 593kg respectively

Pretty good day all round

Well as of this morning we have 10 people now in prep for various competitions .

I'm proud of the competitive history of this gym , nowhere around this area comes remotely close. Can't beat knowledge.

In the coming 2 weeks 5 powerlifters will be competing In the ABPU British finals.

Katie, kerry, Si, Keir and Gary all will start confident that they can claim the title

In bodybuilding Jess debuts in 6 weeks time , Gaz Marles will compete in the autumn, looking to reach the universe , Gemma and Ricky will compete at the Nabba UK in November and redemption comes for Pam in October.

Exciting times ahead .
