What an absolute experience taking on Tough Mudder alongside these two amazing kickboxers!

They showed exactly what martial arts spirit is all about: strength, determination, teamwork and NEVER giving up!

Mud, water, obstacles and plenty of laughs along the way, but we got through it together!

Couldn’t be prouder of these two warriors.

What an amazing performance from all of our fighters at the Pride Kickboxing Inter-Club!

Every single one of you stepped up, showed courage, determination and fantastic martial arts spirit. You represented KBF Martial Arts Academy West Sussex brilliantly, and we honestly couldn't be prouder of you!

Events like these are all about gaining experience, testing yourself and having the courage to step onto the mats, and you all did us proud!

A massive thank you as well to all the parents, families and supporters who came along and cheered our fighters on. Your support means so much.

🥊💪 AMAZING WORK FROM OUR KBF CADETS TODAY! 💪🥊

What a fantastic effort from our Cadets in today’s class!

We put them through some tough fitness work, and they absolutely smashed it. Their energy, determination and attitude were brilliant from start to finish, even when it got hard, they kept pushing!

Fitness is such an important part of martial arts, helping build strength, stamina, confidence and that never-give-up attitude!

Super proud of every single one of them today.
