Yesterday we celebrated Lloyds 250th parkrun in rainy Shoreham whilst others had post-run champagne 🥂 at Mole Valley.

Beat the tide 10k - a great club turnout for the popular beach race last night. And a social prom run for club members who didn’t fancy racing in this heat ☀️

The best bit was the beach after party where both groups got together and celebrated the achievements of the evening.

Tuesday’s interval session - Meet and retreat! Which involved running fast, high fiving and recovering - simple, effective and a lot of fun!

Last nights WSFRL race Highdown Hike hosted by Worthing Striders is one of the highlights of the WSFRL calendar.

We all turned up mainly for the after party 🍔 🍺 🪩 and we have no shame in admitting that!

Great club turnout, great club atmosphere and a great night! We ran well too! 🙌🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏾🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♀️
