Protein balls, sunshine and a lot of great energy!

Some of our Spartan Women community got their hands dirty (in the best way) learning some homemade protein treat recipes this weekend.

Strong body. Strong community. Strong snacks 💪🏼

It’s the conversations between sets
The encouragement when it gets tough
The shared progress
The laughs

Training becomes something you want to show up for.

And that’s where real change happens.

“Women over 40 shouldn’t lift heavy… right?”

Here’s what the evidence actually says 👇

Strength training is one of the most effective ways to maintain bone density, especially as oestrogen declines during perimenopause and menopause.

Lower oestrogen = increased risk of bone loss
Strength training = stimulus for bones to stay strong

This isn’t about “getting bulky”
It’s about protecting your body for the next 30–40 years

✔️ Strong bones
✔️ Strong muscles
✔️ Reduced injury risk
✔️ More independence later in life

This is why we lift.

Follow Spartan Women for strength that lasts

You can’t outsource strength.

You build it, rep by rep, choice by choice.

Strength training isn’t about chasing aesthetics.
It’s about supporting your hormones, protecting your bones, sharpening your mind, and building a body that lasts.

Especially in your 40s and beyond, muscle is not optional, it’s essential.
For energy.
For confidence.
For longevity.

You don’t need perfect motivation.
You don’t need to feel ready.

👉 You just need to turn up.

A strong body is a strong foundation — for everything else in your life.

Ladies, keep showing up! 💪

The women who stay consistent are always the ones who get results

Not because every session is perfect
Not because they train hard every time
But because they keep showing up no matter what

It doesn’t have to be perfect
It doesn’t have to be heavy
It just has to be consistent

Consistency:

The decision to keep going when it would be easier to stop
The commitment to the long game
The choice to build a lifestyle, not chase a moment

We get it
Life is busy
You have a lot on your shoulders
Hormones affect your energy, your motivation, your drive
Some days you feel unstoppable
Other days it feels like a mountain
We understand all of it

But the women who get up
Get out
And show up no matter what
Those are the ones who win

They are the women who build the habit
Which builds the lifestyle
Which builds the feelings
Which builds the state of mind
Which builds the physique
Which builds the health
Until eventually…
It becomes who they are
Not something they just do

Keep Just Turning Up!

Your future self is watching 💪🙌
