TONIGHT

6 - 7:30pm coaching, structured drill based training and open to anyone.

7:30 - 9pm general play and open to anyone, this includes players from the first session at no extra cost.

Just a reminder that starting from this evening we will be back open on pretty much a full schedule, with only Thursday nights starting a little later due to the Worksop league starting a week or so later.

So the weekly timetable looks like this;

Tuesdays from 8th September,
6 - 7:30 coaching, structured drill based training and open to anyone.
7:30 - 9 general play open to anyone, this includes players from the first session at no extra cost.

Wednesday (current session continuing)
7 - 9 singles league open to anyone.

Thursday from 24th September,
6:45 - 9 league matches with possible spare tables for practice on a first come first served basis.

Fridays from 11th September,
6:30 - 9 coaching, structured drill based training and open to anyone.

Saturday (current session continuing)
9 - 1
General play open to anyone.

All sessions are £5 members and £7.50 non members.

Competitions for this coming season are listed below.

New for this season, is our Tri-Club Series - Players will earn series points based on their finishing position at each “Tri-Club Series” event, with bonus points being awarded for the winners and runners-up. At the conclusion of the final competitions of the season, the points will be totalled and the overall "Tri-Club Series" Champions will be crowned! Tri-Club Series winners, will win cash prizes for each age category.

Great turnout today for Blitz summer tournament. Thanks and well done to everyone who could make it. Congratulations to our winner George Tasey, and runner up Jeff Reay. Our plate winner was Darren Thorpe and runner up Joe Fox.

Tonight is our last junior coaching session before the summer break, we hope to see you there.

The session runs between 6.30 & 9pm.

As of next week we will be on our summer holiday timetable.

Will and Sam were also in action at the National leagues cup finals (Carter cup) at Draycott.

This was their third time in this event, improving their finishing position each year.

Today they came agonisingly close to a 3rd place medal, losing 3-2 to Liverpool. The final match going Liverpool’s way 11-9 in the fifth.

This also marked the end to Wills junior career as he moves in to the senior ranks, as well as moving to uni in September.

Sam on the other hand will be taking CV’s for his new partner. I can confirm that he’s open to a bribe of some sausage rolls and a box of 4 caramel doughnuts.
