As a PT/coach im not 1 to share client pics as i feel its upto them to share (more about family pics nowadyas😂) HOWEVER i asked if it was ok to share these as i think this deserves a mention as a reminder of what CAN be achieved....

Mid 50s having trained and confident in a gym but started to follow structure,remaining constant yet still having family life,holidays ect,changing nutriton to aline with goals....

To being 60 and being the best shape of his life....

This is not magic nor is it 12 weeks,or 3 months this is YEARS of work!!!

The reality of real changes is time and consistency!

Proud and obvioulsy someone i enjoy training as you can see work ethic is not an issue!

In the coming weeks i will be having a restructure to my coaching and 1-1 sessions to accomadate my upcoming evolving schedule

2x online coaching spaces will be opening up
2x 1-1 PT slots availble (Monday 8pm, Tuesday 6pm)

✨️10 years experince within the health and fitness industry,
✨️previously competitive athlete winning titles-midlands,british,3x world
✨️mindset standard set by training with ex marines
✨️now a gym owner
✨️IFBB judge

All done while raising my own family,and at the start working other jobs- so have a deep understanding of daily life challanges!

Helping people step into the gym for the very first time, improving general health to more advanced physique transformations

WHAT DO I EXPECT FROM CLIENTS-

A commitment to sessions-this is for both online coaching clients and 1-1 sessions

Open communication-struggles are expected along the way and part of the process but by being honest and open allows more efficent support

Be open to step out of your comfort zone-this is where growth happens after all!
