🏋️ TRAIN!
Across Rugby, Netball, Cricket, Golf, Athletics and Football, our students have been working in the gym, completing fitness testing and health screening to prepare themselves physically for the demands ahead.

⚽️ PLAY!
A great session this afternoon for our CIS Football Academy! Our 1st Years showcased their talent against our 2nd Years, who have clearly been putting in the work over the summer break! 💪🔥
