Last chance to enter the Worcester City Half Marathon ⚠️

Entries for the Sutcliffe & Co Worcester City Half Marathon are flying, and we’re close to capacity for the race on 13th September. 

Entries are likely to close this week, so this is your last chance to enter. Plus, entries for the 10K are filling up quickly, and we can’t guarantee they’ll be available for long.

Don’t miss out on Worcester’s biggest weekend of running, when over 6,000 runners will be taking on the 10K and Half Marathon on this fast, flat and scenic course.

Since Acorns became the official charity partner of Worcester City Runs in 2024, the partnership has raised more than £53,000 for Acorns Children’s Hospice 💜  

Recently, our Race Director, Steve Cram and Sophie Maggs, Senior Events Manager at Acorns Children’s Hospice, visited Tammy Gooding at BBC Hereford & Worcester to chat about the extended partnership to 2029!

Featuring, a lovely interview with Adam Claxton, talking about his incredible journey following a heartbreaking diagnosis, defying the odds and battling back. He’ll be joining us in Worcester for the 10km in support of Blood Cancer Awareness 💜

We need your help 🙏

We’re on the lookout for more volunteers to support our biggest Worcester City Runs to date

🎉 We need marshals, water station staff, and finish-line support, plus much more!

🥪 All Volunteers receive complimentary snacks and refreshments on the day.

🎟️ As a thank you, every volunteer receives a complimentary entry to one of our Events of the North running events within the next 12 months (selected during sign-up). We also offer a 50% discount for the Northumbrian Triathlon or Kielder Duathlon.

🏃🏼‍♂️Alternatively, we also have payback schemes for groups who can bring 6+ or 10+ e.g. cadets, charities, community groups who may prefer a donation.
