RESERVES
A disappointing result for the reserves today in what will feel like 2 points dropped, having been in control for much of the game, we failed to make chances pay.
Still unbeaten and plenty of positives and lessons to be taken forward.

NEW SIGNING - RESERVES
We are delighted to announce the signing of promising youngster Jai Jai Joyce.
A powerful, pacey Striker, Jai Jai has every quality to get bags of goal contributions this year, having already netted 2 and assisted 2 in our first league game.
A player who will certainly have hopes of playing higher, we can’t wait to see how he develops this season.
Co Manager Jai Jai Gwynne said,
‘This kid is class. I had him last season and he scored 30+ goals for me, and you always feel like he’s capable of producing something special. He’s a natural goal scorer, he’s rapid, and he’s the type of player who can get you out of trouble when you need him. He’s also one of the funniest lads you’ll ever have around a dressing room. If he gets his head down and puts the work in this season, there’s absolutely no reason why he can’t replicate those numbers again.’

PLAYER RETAINED - RESERVES
We are pleased to announce the retention of versatile defender James Rochester.
Previously of New Dales, and having spent parts of last season with our Old Boys squad, Roch will be looking to push on this season and play a big part for the reserves.
Co Manager Archie Gibbs said,
‘Pleased to have Roch with us for the up coming season. Due to work commitments, he wont be available every week, but he certainly has the quality to make an impact when he is with us. Another senior player to help support the younger lads, buzzing he’s agreed to sign this year.’

NEW SIGNING
We are pleased to announce the signing of forward Rio Janic.
Rio signs for us having represented Worcester City Reserves and Redditch Borough last season. Rio will add further attacking power to the squad.

‘Rio arrives with a proven track record, having found the net 39 times across his last three campaigns during spells with New Dales Vale, Redditch Borough, and Worcester City Reserves. His addition adds crucial firepower to the attacking options for the upcoming season.’

🔥 STATEMENT VICTORY 🔥
A first win for Ashley Banner as we see off Hereford Pegasus Development 5-1 on the road.
A strong start saw us score 2 quick fire goals early, Milky picking up a loose ball and firing in low past the keeper, and a dangerous corner seen in by Edwards at the back post.
30 minutes in and we had our third courtesy of a smart finish from Pablo, we then added a fourth just before the half when Milky picked up a loose ball 35 yards out and smashed it home!
The fifth goal came 10 minutes into the second half when a lovely ball down the line from Tomo found Pablo who saw it in at the second time of asking.
Peggy found themselves a consolation goal when a defensive mix-up gifted them a goal - but we held out to secure our first 3 points of the season.
