Huge congratulations to Laura on achieving her 1st Dan Black Belt! 🥋⚔️

After 4 years of unwavering dedication, training, and hard work, Laura has officially earned her black belt in Haidong Gumdo. Her commitment to the art has been inspiring to watch, and guiding her growth over these past four years has been an absolute privilege.

This is a massive milestone for our school—Laura is the very first student at Baek Ho to earn her 1st Dan, making her the first student I’ve had the honor of guiding all the way from white belt to black belt. While this is a proud moment for our club, the spotlight truly belongs to Laura for every ounce of effort she has put into her training.

Reaching this level takes immense dedication, alongside strong guidance and community support, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to:

- The UK Haidong Gumdo Association and European Haidong Gumdo Association for their endless support, guidance, and assistance along this journey.

- CKJN Master Harry Limer for his continuous mentorship, wisdom, and leadership.

Last week we had some grading presentations for the hard work and effort of the students of Baek Ho Dojang UK.

Taking their next steps on their Haidong Gumdo journey and yes, still training in the heatwave, but safely and staying hydrated!
