Checking in with the people around us matters every single day. If someone doesn’t seem okay, ask them how they’re feeling, listen without judgment, and show them you care.
You don’t need to have the perfect words. Showing you’re there is what matters most, and sometimes simply saying “I’m here, and you’re not alone” can be the beginning of an important conversation.
