A very busy weekend at the ICO Scottish open in Glasgow, team England did very well, myself and Zara picked up some medals for seishin karate, Zara getting siver and a gold in her kumite events, and silver in kata and bronze in weapons arwsome. Myself 2 golds in both kata events 2 sivers in both weapons. And a gold in kumite not bad for 2 of us
