The more I practise yoga, the more I realise that yoga doesn’t stay on the mat. 🤍
I take it with me everywhere — into my everyday life, into the way I move, and especially into my aerial hoop practice.

Yoga has taught me to slow down and actually feel my body. To notice how I lengthen through my lines, where I need more space, how I find my alignment, when to engage and when to soften. It has taught me that movement can be strong and gentle at the same time.

And when I’m up on the hoop, I can feel how much this awareness changes the way I move.

Yoga helps me not just to do a movement, but to be present inside it.

If you’ve been thinking about starting yoga, or simply want to reconnect with your body and yourself, come join me for a class.

No need to be flexible. No need to be experienced.
Just bring yourself, your breath and a little curiosity. 🧘‍♀️🤍

I’d love to practise with you.

Who says you need a yoga studio full of props to practice? Sometimes, creativity is the best prop of all. 🤸‍♀️

I don’t have a table at home, but I do have a massage table — and I started wondering, why not use it for my yoga practice too?

I already use it for my Spinal Flow sessions, so
I decided to experiment and make it part of my daily practice instead of reaching for a high yoga stool or yoga trestle.

And I have to say… I love it. 🤍

The table offers beautiful support for the legs and torso, while the edges give me something to hold onto, allowing me to gently lengthen through the spine, create more space across the chest and explore movement with greater ease.

It’s also a lovely reminder that yoga doesn’t have to be complicated.

You don’t need to have every prop, the perfect space, or a picture-perfect yoga studio at home.

Sometimes, you simply need to look at what you already have and see it differently.

Creativity is part of the practice too. 🌿

So… if you have a massage table sitting at home, perhaps it has a second career waiting for it. 😉🧘‍♀️

A little playtime on the Sirsasana stool 🤸‍♀️
Sometimes our practice doesn’t need to be so serious. Sometimes it’s simply about getting upside down, wobbling around, laughing at yourself, and seeing what happens when you look at things from a completely different perspective.

I love exploring balance this way — not trying to perfect the pose, but playing with it. Shifting the weight, finding that sweet spot, losing it, finding it again… and occasionally having a very serious conversation with gravity. 😂

The stool gives me a different way to explore Sirsasana, and it reminds me that balance is not about being perfectly still. It’s about constantly adjusting, listening, experimenting and having fun along the way.

Maybe that’s the real practice: stay curious, don’t take yourself too seriously, and enjoy the upside-down view. 🙃

✨ Age is just a number. Strength, mobility, flexibility and independence are something we can build at any age. ✨

My oldest client Gill is 78 years old, and she comes to every class — except during the holidays. ❤️ To me, she is the perfect reminder that it is never too late to take care of your body and invest in your wellbeing.

Pilates helps you feel stronger, more flexible, more balanced and more confident in your body. It improves your posture, stability, coordination and the way you move through everyday life.

And the best part? You don’t need to exercise every day to feel the benefits. Even one Pilates class a week can make a real difference — helping you maintain strength, mobility and, most importantly, the independence that becomes more and more valuable as the years go by. 💛

Because it’s not just about looking good.
It’s about being able to get up from a chair with ease, bend down, walk confidently, travel, play with your grandchildren and enjoy everyday life without unnecessary limitations.

So start with just one class a week.
