Starting from August, I’m introducing monthly memberships! £32 a month, 4 classes, interchangeable between Tuesdays and Thursdays, taking away the hassle of weekly payments.
Drop in class passes will have a slight increase to £9.

I love starting my classes with a quick ‘yoga thought of the day’, to discuss elements of yoga that we can incorporate into our everyday lives.
Yoga goes so much further than the physical practice and The Yamas are the perfect way to practice yoga off the mat. They originate from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, serving as guidelines for how you treat others, engage with the world, and act toward yourself🤍
