Part 2 - Summer Holidays 2026 ☀️❤️

We got the band back together! 🙌

After flying back to the UK from an amazing trip to Crete, we joined up with the rest of the family and headed to our second home — Southwold (East Coast) 🌊🏖️

Amazing UK weather, days on the beach, plenty of time at the beach hut, lots of laughs and, most importantly, some proper family time. ❤️

We even managed to celebrate my birthday with an eclipse of the sun — not a bad way to mark another year! 🌘🎂😂

Feeling very lucky. Great memories, great times and my favourite people.

Family time is the best time. ❤️

A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff SENSEANA Seaside Resort & Aquadventure for making our stay so special.

I’ve had the most amazing short break with two very special ladies in my life. My daughter Leila and my mum. It felt a little strange being away without the whole family, but it was still incredibly special to spend this quality time together and give Mum some much-needed rest and respite ❤️

This was our second visit, and we absolutely loved it once again. We’ll definitely be returning for a third!

It was incredibly special this week to finally meet two of my amazing Skillest students in person after years of working together online. 🌍⛳

Firstly, Teddy, who flew all the way from Jamaica. We’ve been working together since 2023, so it was fantastic to finally spend some time together on the range 🤝

Secondly, Martyn, who travelled from New York City. We’ve been working together since 2024 and after so many online coaching sessions, it was brilliant to finally meet face-to-face🤝

Moments like these remind me just how powerful the Skillest platform really is. It has allowed me to connect with golfers from all over the world, build genuine relationships, and help players improve their games no matter where they live.

I feel incredibly grateful to play a small part in each of my students’ golfing journeys, celebrating their progress, achievements, and passion for the game along the way.

To Teddy and Martyn, thank you both for making the trip. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you both, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. 👊⛳

🏆 GET TO KNOW ROYAL BIRKDALE 🇬🇧⛳️

The Open Championship is always one of my favourite weeks in the golfing calendar, and Royal Birkdale is without doubt one of my favourite courses in the UK.

I’ve been fortunate enough to witness two unforgettable moments there firsthand.

In 1998, I watched a 17-year-old amateur named Justin Rose pitch in on the 18th hole to finish tied fourth—an incredible moment that announced him to the golfing world.

Then, in 2017, I was there again to witness Jordan Spieth produce one of the most dramatic final rounds in Open history, including that remarkable recovery from the practice ground on the 13th before going on to lift the Claret Jug.

Royal Birkdale has created some very special memories for me, but it also provides one of the toughest and fairest tests in links golf.

So, what will this year’s Champion Golfer of the Year need?

🌬️ Complete control of their ball flight in the wind
🎯 Exceptional distance control into firm, fast greens
🧠 Patience, discipline and intelligent course management
🏌️‍♂️ Creativity from tight links lies and deep bunkers
💪 The resilience to respond when conditions and momentum change

That is what makes The Open so special. It doesn’t simply reward perfect technique—it rewards imagination, adaptability and the ability to make good decisions under pressure.

I cannot wait to see what memories Royal Birkdale gives us this time.

A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS… ⛳️

After 14 incredible years as Golf Academy Director 3 Hammers Golf Complex (Official) it’s time for an exciting new chapter.

14 years ago, I was given the opportunity to take over the academy from Andy & Piers Me and My Golf

Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of everything we have achieved together. We’ve helped thousands of golfers of all ages and abilities improve their game, grow in confidence and enjoy this amazing sport.

I want to say a huge thank you to every golfer, parent, coach, colleague and friend who has supported me throughout this journey. Your trust and loyalty have meant everything.

Today, I’m incredibly excited to announce the launch of Launch Golf Academy 🚀

I’ve joined forces with my fellow directors at The Golf & Leisure Group to create a new vision for golf coaching across the UK Launch Golf Academy will deliver first-class coaching at fantastic venues, while also investing heavily in coach education / mentorship alongside & The to help develop the next generation of outstanding coaches.

For me personally, this is an exciting opportunity to continue growing the academy on a grand scale while also expanding my own coaching businesses and I am excited to unveil a brand new business venture for all your golf solutions.

This isn’t the end of the journey, it’s just the beginning.

We’ve got some exciting announcements, new partnerships and big plans to share very soon, and I genuinely can’t wait to take you all on the journey with us.

Thank you for being part of the last 14 years.

For the first time since turning Professional at 17 years old, I’m officially a golf club member again🙌

One of the biggest reasons for making this commitment is to practice what I preach. The more golf I play, the better I can understand the challenges, frustrations, decision-making, and emotions that every golfer experiences on the course. I truly believe that putting myself back in those situations will help me continue to develop as a player and, more importantly, as a coach for my students.

I’m delighted to have joined The Astbury Golf & Lodge Resort Located just a few minutes from my hometown of Bridgnorth, it’s a place that holds many special memories for me. From the moment you arrive, it creates that real “wow” factor, and I’ve been fortunate enough to watch it grow from the very beginning into one of the finest golf and leisure destinations in the region.

I’m looking forward to spending more time on the golf course, improving my own game, entertaining guests, and creating even more memories with family and friends. The Seniors Tour is still a few years away yet 😉 but it’s time to start playing a little more golf.

A huge thank you to Tom, Jamie and the entire team for the warm welcome. I’m looking forward to being part of the club and getting plenty of rounds in over the months ahead 🙏
