30 seconds of a phenomenal 3hr WMAC squad session with - so much learned, so much wisdom imparted, so many fantastic people and clubs - cannot wait to see the results of today in our upcoming competitions. As always - and - exceptionally well thought out session where everyone in the room was catered for, mentored and walked away a better fighter than when they walked in...

Conditioning session this evening at MXA. These guys worked so hard! Not long now till the Worlds and a couple of other big comps - MXA Warriors will be ready!!
