Everyone recovers differently 💚 We asked our colleagues:
“What’s one recovery habit you swear by?”

From slowing down and spending time outdoors, to movement, mindfulness and making time to recharge, we loved hearing the different ways our community looks after their mind and body.

Connecting Local businesses together!

We’re delighted to announce that Everyone Active is hosting Woking Chamber’s September Networking event , at Woking Leisure Centre on Wednesday 23rd September, 11am - 1pm.

We have put together a fantastic agenda designed to help local businesses connect with fellow professionals, enjoy a delicious lunch, explore the premises and take part in an activity should you wish. Best of all, the event is completely free to attend, with lunch provided!
