Completed a beginner tap course but had a little break? Or finished one a while ago and fancy getting those tap shoes back on?

This is a proper Back to Basics session, revisiting the essential steps and combinations from beginner tap and building your confidence ready for the new term in September.

Expect plenty of tapping, a refresher on the fundamentals and a chance to get those feet moving again.

Please note: this workshop is aimed at people who have completed a beginner tap course and isn’t suitable for regular tappers or intermediate/advanced dancers.

Diana will take you through the correct technique behind moves used across most dance styles, including pirouettes, building strength in the right muscles for each one. A strengthening, technical session designed to build the solid foundations that everything else is built on.

Tuesday evening - theatre tap with Fran!

Fran’s doing ‘Wall Street’ from Dames At Sea, complete with hats and canes. Think Broadway tap - 42nd Street vibes 🤩.

Suitable for intermediate level tappers - a fabulous opportunity to bring some proper showbiz sparkle to your tap.
