Join us on the last Saturday of every month for our Parkrun social 🏃♂️
Meet at reception at 8:40am, then head out for a relaxed 5km Parkrun …. all abilities welcome, whether you’re running, jogging or walking.
Afterwards, we’ll head back to the club for a free coffee ☕
