Congratulations to our Mostly Women’s team who came 1st at this year’s Ridgeway Relay.

The winning team consisted of: Lauren Beedie, Lisa Butler, Lo Cullen, Katie Coulson, Andy Green, Harriet Howard, Jess Pilgrim, Anna Scrivens, Isabelle Stubbs, Stephen Young.

Well done to both teams who competed this year 👏

‼️Sessions Cancelled‼️

With the forecasted temperatures this week we have taken the decision to cancel club sessions.

🏃‍♀️ Tuesday efforts & loopbacks (23rd June)
Having consulted with the Tuesday coaches, we have confirmed it will be too hot to safely run the sessions.

🏃‍♂️ Thursday 25th June
In theory it is the Mota-vation race at Combe this Thursday, so there was no club session. The race has been postponed - likely until 2nd July. There will NOT be a club session to replace it.

Run safe everyone. A good week to get up, out and back before 7am! ⏰

This Tuesday saw the return of the popular club competiton, the Pairs Handicap.

Well done to all those who took part and to everyone who helped coordinate on the night.

Witney Roadrunners turns 40 💙🤍💛

5th December 1985....20 people keen on getting involved in the relatively new mass participation sport of running, gathered in the Old Court Inn in response to the idea hatched by Martin Crabb and Jan Johanson.

Within a year the club had over a hundred members. Over the 40 years since then the club has grown and grown and provided a gateway for novice runners to enter the wonderful world of running.

The club now has 350 senior members and 120 junior members.

Today was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the club’s history by sharing stories and going through the archives.
