Have you missed us? Here's a round up of what's been going on!

Ladies finished 5th in the Ladies League, first year complete and we have learnt so much.
Now onto League Cup!

Men had another successful year in the men's league coming 4th.

26th July We had a great fun day for new and old members which meant a lot of walking and swapping positions but as always amazingly supported by our members and great fun had by all!

1st August saw our 2 wood bowls in club competition and congrats to Jack Miles and Chris Smith on winning the trophy, runners up was Christine Tyrell and Dave Shellard. Thanks to everyone who entered.

We've seen 11 new bowlers join this year and 5 of them are juniors.

If you want to be part of this amazing club it's not to late to have a go.

Congrats to Karen Sprules who joined last week and played her first ladies friendly last night and played so well.

Onwards and upwards

We have had another great but busy week of bowls with the ladies having 2 league games due to the rescheduled game because of the heat temperature.

Great result against Bloxham means they are still above them in the league. This week is the last ladies' League game of the season against City & County

The men's league team had a close game against Burford and this week they play South Oxford at Home.

Tonight saw the ladies have a friendly against Faringdon and they won by 1 point.

County and club comps still being played so good luck to any one who has a game this week.

Great to see another junior member joining her mum and grampy on the green. Welcome Ella, look forward to watching you develop. What I hear the ladies league team could be very soon!

Not the best week last week with 2 losses and a game getting cancelled. In true Mills style it's onwards and Upwards and looking ahead to this week's fixtures.

Mens league have a Stand down so ladies league and 3 friendlies are the fixtures for this week.
