I had the absolute pleasure of presenting this amazing young lady her 1st Degree black belt today.

Erin first started training when Madley Park first opened in October 2018 in our Mighty Matt class as a nervous shy 4 year old clutching her teddy and an instructors hand for support.

She had developed into an amazing confident martial artist after training for almost 8 years.

This is one hell of a proud instructor moment

Great classes last week. We covered Sparring including distance, movement and reaction speed whilst it was cooler last week.

Massively congratulations to Becca who received her well deserved Red Belt following panel gradings a few weeks ago.

It's hot today so please bring plenty of water 💧💧 as there will be plenty of water breaks.
Please wear an MF training t-shirt or plain black or white t-shirt instead of your Gi. But still wear your belt

Because of the weather the classes will be slower paced and we will focus on some of the technical elements rather than intensity.

Don't forget we do have air conditioning so we will definitely be making use of that tonight
