Buggyfit is a great way to get you and your baby out, meet other mums and strengthen your body after giving birth. This power walking class with strengthening and conditioning exercises gives you the opportunity to workout with your baby in a safe and sociable environment.

Honestly feel blessed for the opportunity to have built this amazing community of mummas..... today just showed it in every way!

From messages on the what's app group to welcome new babies into the world 💕💙 and for the support of mums who are poorly or have poorly little ones!

The lovely words of a Buggyfit mum who said how important Buggyfit has been during maternity leave, and another mum who was celebrating her last session and her little ones 1st Bday who bought cakes along to class!

And all this amongst new mums who just slotted in like they have been coming forever!

Feeling so happy ..... and so lucky that this is a big part of my work 🥰

Busy mum struggling to fit in any exercise???
Try my water bottle workout; can be done in the kitchen, at the park or when you wake up in the morning!!

10 x squat raise
10 x split squat raise each side
10 x single leg deadlifts each side (see small video if too wobbly)
10 x plie squat rotation
10 x squat crunch

Can do 1-4 rounds depending on time but remember consistent small habits make for big changes

"Can 15 minutes really make a difference?"

One of the biggest myths in fitness?
"If I can't do an hour, it's not worth doing."

Not true.

One of the biggest misconceptions about returning to exercise after having a baby is that you just need to "get back to it."
But for many women, rushing back too soon can lead to issues like pelvic floor weakness, leaking during exercise, loss of confidence and frustration when your body doesn't feel the same.
