Luckily for you, we have a handful of spots left on our 2027 Yoga Teacher Training.

17th April – 23rd May, with Benedita Sousa (E-RYT 500) — asana, anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, the business of yoga, and a community that has your back the whole way through.

Whether you’re dreaming of teaching or just want to go further in your own practice than a weekly class allows — this is the one to book before it fills up.

Have you ever thought about teaching yoga?

Our 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is back for 2027, running 17th April – 23rd May, led by Benedita Sousa (E-RYT 500) former owner of In Balance Hot Yoga, Southampton, and a teacher who found her own path to healing through this practice.

Two 9-day intensives, two weekends, split between a beautiful venue in East Stratton and our Wi******er studio. You’ll walk away not just with a certification, but with the tools, confidence and community to teach or to take your own practice somewhere completely new.

End your week strong & restored with Grace -

“We begin by awakening Yang energy with an energising Vinyasa flow building warmth, releasing tension, and reconnecting with your breath.

Then, just as the sun gives way to the moon, the pace softens. The breath deepens. Slower, grounding postures gently restore and rebalance your system.

You’ll leave feeling restored and balanced - physically and mentally”.

We can’t wait to meet you on the Matt 🌙

Cloudy September mornings have their own kind of magic.

There’s something sacred about a sky that doesn’t rush to clear - it asks us to slow down instead. When the clouds gather and the air feels heavy, that’s your gentle invitation to pause.

Breathe.

Let the storm brace without needing to fix it or rush through it. Not every moment needs sunshine to be worthy of your presence.

So as you end this week, let yourself soften. Sit with the grey a little longer. Trust that the sun is still there, quietly waiting behind the clouds, it always comes back.

🤍 End your week with us. Pause gently. Be kind with yourself until the clouds clear.

Ever wondered why our Hot classes feel that bit fiercer than our Warm ones? 🔥

It all comes down to our infrared heated Lunar Studio, and when we start heating it up.

For Warm Yoga, we switch the infrared panels on right as the class begins so the room builds heat gradually alongside your practice, easing your muscles into movement without overwhelming you from minute one.

For Hot Yoga, we get the panels going earlier, meaning you step into a room that’s already warmer, plus a full class of bodies moving together builds even more heat as you go (and yes, a warm day outside plays its part too!). The result is a more intense, full-body sweat that pushes your practice that bit further.

Both classes use the same gentle infrared heat, just at different intensities, so whether you’re easing in or turning it up, there’s a class for exactly where you’re at.

Any 3 Warm/Hot classes for £25 🔥

🧘‍♀️ Remember to bring your own mat or mat towel, and a water bottle - see you on the mat!

A Homecoming to your body. Hot yoga in September 🔥

As the air outside begins to cool, the room stays warm - a held space, inviting you to soften instead of brace.

On the mat, in the heat, there’s nowhere to hide. No armour to hold onto. Just breath, body and the truth of this moment.

The heat doesn’t just open your muscles, it opens what you’ve been holding onto. It melts the resistance. It softens the grip.

What tension are you ready to sweat out?
What are you ready to soften around?
Where can you trust your body more?

This is more than a workout. It’s a ritual of release.

Step onto the mat with us this September.
Sweat. Breathe. Release. Rise.

Virgo season asks you to refine, not push.

Join Kwali Kumara for a three-hour Kundalini practice built around the Kriya for Beauty, Grace and Elegance, a sequence designed to sharpen focus, steady the nervous system, and cultivate quiet poise.

The practice closes with a Galactic Gong sound journey, letting the vibrations settle the mind and ground everything the practice has stirred.

Three hours to move, breathe, and leave feeling clearer and more yourself.

No experience needed. Every body welcome.
