Today was our seniors championship, well done to all who competed especially to our winners,

In the nett competition Vince Mckeown won with a very impressive 57, well done Vince. Sean Smith came second on 59 beating Chris Willson on countback.
In the Senior Championship the scoring was even more impressive - in third place (but no prize, sorry) was Sean Smith on 70. In second place with a great 69 was Phil Southwell and in first place and therefore this years Seniors Champion was Fraser Beach with an amazing 68.

Great day at Avington with the gents v ladies competing for the Ryder Mug, proud to say the ladies were the winners, it was a close match but everyone had a fab time 😁well done everyone 👍👍👍👍

An excellent turnout of 28 ladies took to the course in 9 and 18 holes friendly competitions for the Ladies Captain day, a 9 hole individual Stableford and an 18 holes which comprised of a pairs better ball Stableford for the first 9 and a Greensome’s Stableford for the back, along with the customary Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin fun.
