Most people use the SkiErg wrong.
It’s not just arms, it’s full body:
• lats
• core
• hips
If you get the technique right, it becomes one of the best conditioning tools in the gym.
If you get it wrong, it’s just tiring with little return.
➡️If you’re unsure how to structure your training, that’s exactly what I help with. DM me for more details.

Most people aren’t hinging… they’re squatting their RDL.
If your knees are bending too much and it feels quad-dominant, you’re missing the point.
Think:
• hips back
• slight knee bend
• feel the stretch in your hamstrings
This is one of the first things I fix with clients.

A common mistake I see in the gym and beginner clients:
people squat their deadlift and deadlift their squat.
In a squat, the knees travel forward and the torso stays more upright.
In a deadlift, the hips move back and the torso leans forward more.
When these patterns get mixed up, the movement becomes inefficient and the lower back often ends up doing more work than it should.
Learning the difference between a hinge (deadlift) and a squat can make a big difference for strength, safety, and long-term progress.
Apparently women can do the same number of push-ups as men… just by changing hand position.
I didn’t believe it, so we tested the viral push-up trick.
Did it actually work?
Try it and let me know what happens 👀
