Consistency isn’t about never missing a week.
For a lot of our members, fitness used to come in bursts.
They’d be really good for a few weeks, life would get busy, and before long they were starting again.
The thing that changes isn’t suddenly having more motivation.
It’s finding a way of training you actually enjoy, with people you feel comfortable around, in a place you want to come back to.
That’s what makes it stick.

Fitness that sticks. Even through the school summer holidays.
The summer holidays are exactly the sort of thing that can knock a good fitness routine sideways. A couple of weeks away, the kids are off school, normal routines disappear and suddenly getting started again feels like the hardest bit.
That’s why finding something you actually enjoy matters. When training feels like part of your life, somewhere you know the people and genuinely enjoy coming to, a holiday doesn’t mean starting from scratch again.
You just come back.

“I just want to feel like myself again.”
Not a completely different person.
Not extreme.
Not all-or-nothing.
Just…
More comfortable in your clothes.
More confident in yourself.
More able to keep up with your life.
Stronger.
Fitter.
Clearer.
Most people don’t say this out loud.
But it’s what they mean.
And it’s rarely about doing something drastic.
It’s about doing the right things…
consistently…
in a way that actually fits.
That’s where things start to change.
You’re probably closer to that than you think.

Most people don’t hate exercise.
They hate how the gym makes them feel.
Out of place.
Unsure what they’re doing.
Like everyone else knows something they don’t.
So they avoid it.
Not because they don’t care…
But because it’s easier than feeling uncomfortable.
The truth is — it’s not meant to feel like that.
You should feel:
→ guided
→ supported
→ like someone actually knows you
Not just another body in the room.
That’s usually the difference between:
starting something…
and actually sticking to it.
If you’ve ever felt like that, you’re not the only one.
