Bhangra is an energetic and vibrant folk dance originating from Punjab, India 🇮🇳 Traditionally performed by farmers to celebrate the harvest season, it has evolved into a dance style enjoyed at weddings, festivals, fitness classes and events.

We're excited to be teaming up with experienced Bhangra instructors who have introduced thousands of people across the UK to this amazing dance style, making every session fun, inclusive and unforgettable.
