lt, while at the club he helped with the training of a variety of different people, at varying levels. The training taking him all over the country to some of the most arduous training areas the forces have to offer. During his 4 years in the reserves he worked at an outdoor activity centre helping train and educate people in team work and fitness. After leaving the centre he started his fitness education and business. He setup his own Boot Camp business, after running boot camps for other people, using his martial arts qualifications, setting up as a self - defence boot camp. Starting at Edge Hill University he started his Tutors qualifications and landed a placement and job at Preston College. He started to teach Public Services students fitness and take them for fitness classes. It is at this point he started his Gym, Fitness, Personal training and sports conditioning qualifications. All of these including varying and differing levels of nutritional qualifications along the way. Now 33, has been training for 3 quarters of his life, 24years. He has been training people and helping people with fitness, fat, weight loss and nutrition for the past 9years. He is a current serving member of the Armed forces, an Endurance training leader helping and running fitness sessions for soldiers. He also runs his own boot camps and is a Personal trainer with sports conditioning and is currently studying a Level 5 Sports Nutritional Advisors Qualification.
