And we’re kicking things off with our Over 50s Friendly Nordic Walking Taster Session at Haigh Hall! 🌳

This is about so much more than going for a walk.

Barbells and Babies is back….baby 🎉🚀

I absolutely love welcoming new and returning mums to to support their postnatal recovery journey.

My goal with BB was always to create a welcoming space where each mum was seen, held and supported.
She is asked about her.
She is asked what she needs.
She is asked how can be be supported to recovery physically and mentally.
Honestly the postnatal recovery journey is WILD and it’s so important there are spaces like this and more for women to come together to learn, to lift, to breathe.
Every year I grow more grateful.

This summer season is completely SOLD out but booking is open for my Autumn season which can be booked via my website.

My 📥 is always open for any advice, direction or just a listening ear 👂

I’m here for you mummas 🤝

May has been one of the hardest months for our little family.

We’ve been processing impending loss, then the loss itself, while trying to hold and support Mya, Mum, and myself through it all. Grief has a way of touching everything.

But if there’s one thing loss and heartbreak continue to teach me, it’s how precious joy really is. How important it is to create it, seek it out, and make space for it wherever we can.

This half term has held some of the saddest moments we’ve experienced, but also some genuinely joyful ones. And somehow those things have existed side by side.

More than anything, I’m reminded that life is fragile, love is everything, and joy isn’t something to wait for it’s something to create.

I’m so grateful for every message, every kind thought, every check-in, every bit of love we’ve been surrounded by. We’ve felt it all, and it has carried us through more than you’ll know.

I’d be lying if I said I’m not struggling right now. I’m okay but I’m also in this strange limbo of feeling joy for the beautiful things and opportunities in my life and Mya’s while carrying something incredibly heavy at the same time.

I try so hard to find the positives in each day, to celebrate the wins and stay grounded in gratitude. That part is real. But so is this: watching someone you love, someone who’s helped raise your child for the past seven years, slowly fade away… it’s breaking my heart watching Myas grandad lose his sparkle and watching my mum be the strongest and most courageous version of herself yet 🥺😭✨

People often say I don’t know how you do it how you stay so busy and always smiling. The truth is, I choose to. The world already has enough sadness and anger. But that doesn’t mean it’s easy. It’s really, really hard.

If anything, this is teaching me deeply that life is so short. Hold your people close. Tell them you love them, every single day.

I want to continue sharing content that inspires and educates, but if I’m honest, right now I’m just surviving. I’m doing my best to show up and give value to those I support in person.

So I hope you’ll stay on this journey with me. Just as I try to hold space for you, I hope you’ll hold space for me too. I’ll continue to show up online as best I can. Because behind the smile, there’s also deep sadness and heartbreak and I’m just doing the best I can.
