Here we have, my first junior S&C client if you want to call it that… flying the nest 🤣 to Humberside. He’s been offered a professional playing contract at Hull KR
Ive worked with Fin since September 2024. I’ve seen fin go through under 15s, Scholarship level… navigating through different training blocks, show him the way on how to stay injury free when playing his sport. What the real demands of his sport and his position are within these vital years when the human body is changing so much anyway through the adolescent stage.
Even if I’ve played the smallest part in getting him to where he is now, a professional. Im proud to have done that and been part of his journey
I have no doubt that Finley will achieve everything that he’s set out to do if he wants it enough. He’s always been level headed, keen to learn, keen to ask questions and just an all round great young athlete
We get on well and he’s a pleasure to coach! Will miss our weekly ones to ones for sure! But I’m so excited for him!
Shoutout Hels Whit for making it all happen❤️🔥 Thankyou for trusting me with fin for all this time! I really have learnt so much from him. I know what works now👌🏽

What I offer and how to hire me as your coach. The best coach/client relationships start with good, meaningful conversations and listening to each others thoughts and approaches.
Train with purpose, see progress, carry on adhering, see more results. The cycle continues until you realise it’s part of who you are and you achieve great things
The saga continues

Reflection is a great thing, you realise how far you’ve come. Yet it makes you realise you’re still not satisfied with where you’re at. I’m happy with the current environment I’m in. I think it will propel me to the next level.
It’s been a great ride so far, long may is continue. I really do love my job. Once I take a step back and realise that I have had a positive impact on other people

Credit to my 1:1 client Andy O’Donoghue on dropping 13lbs since he started working with me in March. He is off on holiday tomorrow to celebrate a wedding! I’m satisfied to see that he’s happy with what we have achieved together.
As the fat loss phase has been ongoing, we have been working hard in the weights room to develop vertical upper body strength along with should mobility. As it has been a limitation for a while now.
This limitation has been hindering some movements in the class setting, understand what needs to be worked on (what surrounding muscles and connective tissues need to be stronger) was the biggest part of the battle
Dropping weight is a pretty simple process, what’s not simple is being adherent no matter your state of mind or mood. This is where having someone in your corner who has a high degree of empathy is vital. Someone who’s been there before with other clients who have struggled to stay on track due to social, family and work commitments that may hinder progress. This is where the real coaching starts in my opinion.
Excited to kick on with Andy when he’s back👌🏽

Client Spotlight - Matt Fairhurst
Matt has been great to work with, what stands out is his willingness to to show up no matter what. He understands that things have to be earned. His day job requires him to travel and work across the northwest each day, I know he’s had days when he could’ve chosen not to show up. But having the right people around him has proven to help him become a better version of himself week on week.
