Another great session today left by Sensei Gary. Include an insight into the more vulnerable parts of the anatomy.

When we commence training in karate we soon notice how our body starts to strengthen and stamina improves along with our skills
As we continue our study our mental fortitude becomes greater.
The mind then improves along with the body. This is the true strength of martial arts training.
