Our 8’ paddle roach is our big pike search bait. A lot of time and effort has gone into getting the plastic choice perfect to achieve the action we wanted, and what we ended up with is superb! Big tail action even at extremely slow speeds and when paired up with our swivel chain stinger, they are so well balanced addition nose weight isn’t needed.
safe to say that these will feature heavily in our pike fishing from now on.

Had a classics morning making a batch of the OG contrast baits, the red head. These were double injected slightly different than the normal. I started with white and then topped off with red rather than injecting both at the same time.

Playing around with some more natural patterns for the 8inch (Rudd) Roach. Even though it’s mostly gold in colour, I had to build up layers of gold with reds and green added to give it some depth and contrast. Quite happy with the result and looking forward to throwing some of these around this autumn.
New mold day and some shiny new baits. The new 8inch paddle roach will be available to order over the next week or so. Each loose body weighs 98g and is compatible with our chain swivel stinger systems.

The laborious task of building rigging for the curly beasts. Yes we could buy them in ready made, but this way we can guarantee the quality. We opted for swivel cain rigging because it’s modular, if any part becomes damaged or warn it can easily be swapped out.
