The countdown is officially ON. This October, six of our absolute beasts are heading to the **Official Strongman Games (OSG) Europe**, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Not too bad for a pokey little gym in Wigan, eh? 😉

We might not be the biggest facility, but we’ve got the biggest heart—and clearly, the strongest athletes.

They say steel sharpens steel, and this lineup proves it: **you become the best because you train with the best.**

Day in and day out, these guys push each other to the absolute limit, and now it’s time to show Europe what Wigan is made of.

On August 22nd & 23rd, Big Mak Strength’s very own Kat is heading up to Paisley to compete in the **u57kg Natural World's Strongest Woman**! 🌍💪

To say we are proud is a massive understatement. In only her second year on the natural strongman pathway, Kat has had an absolutely stellar season, proving she belongs right at the top:

* 🏆 **Podium finish** at England's
* 🔥 **4th place** at Europe's
* 🎟️ **Ticket booked** to the Big Dance (Worlds!)

In Her Own Words said:

"I'm just someone who loves to train. I love the grit and the structure and the peace that it brings my quite hectic life! Since I started strongman in 2023 I've always dreamt of going to natural World's and so it feels an enormous acknowledgement of my hard work to have earned a ticket to the big dance!"
