Another fantastic night of training with the team last night. It’s great to see more new friendly faces in both kids and adults classes, enjoying their first experiences of jiu-jitsu with our team who always help them feel super welcome and supported throughout the classes 🙏🏽

Congratulations to everyone who earned some more stripes on their belt for all there hard work and dedication to their training and each other within the team 🏴‍☠️

It’s great to see everyone progressing as individuals on their journey and even greater to see just how happy everyone is for each others successes along the way no matter how big or small 🙌🏽

That’s what it’s all about, lifting each other up, a rising tide lifts all boats .jiujitsu 🛶 🌊 🏴‍☠️

A fantastic Sunday Service and farewell brunch with the team this morning as we wish our friend Javo the very best in his next chapter as he moves darn sarth with his family and work life

It’s been a pleasure to have his good energy and hunger for training and learning within the team, always pushing the pace and with a big smile

The whole team wish him all the very best for the future and long live the famous high crotch guilotine defence that gave him the nickname ‘JavoAirlines’ 💪🏽

We are very proud of the whole team especially those who have had the courage and commitment to step out their comfort zone and into competition for the first time 🏴‍☠️

We’ve been exploring options for beating your opponent’s defensive frames from top side control and setting up some submission attacks for the triangle and arm bars 💪🏽

A great night of learning, training, rolling and as always having fun with the team 🙌🏽

Congratulations to Grace on her star of the Month award, it’s amazing to see her development within the kids team recently and to watch all her team mates cheer and celebrate as she received it was amazing to see 🙏🏽

Celebrating others people’s successes no matter how big or small is something we encourage highly here 🙌🏽

Great energy and training at the academy last night from everyone, it’s always a pleasure to see old members returning and more new friendly faces joining us and enjoying their training and time here with the team 🏴‍☠️

We run Free trial classes for all new members to come and meet the team, get a feel for the vibes, the training and the environment
