Yoga with Fiona Harper

Hi All
I am afraid to say I will not be returning to online classes 😢

It is time to move on and hang up the lycra 😂

It has been 26 years that I have been instructing classes for Yoga, all types of keepfit classes, with some classes for elite sports clubs, otaigo/elderly, cardiac rehab patients, water fitness classes, primary and secondary pupils and many other groups.

Exercises classes of all types are available on demand in copious amounts via various virtual platforms, the traditional face to face class is a dying event I'm afraid.

Thanks to all that have supported me 😍throughout the years and attended my classes, some from the very beginning to the very end.

Very sad, however, it is nice to sit back in the evenings and do as I please.

I am going to take a break from classes for a while, sorry about that, I will post some good links on youtube that are good and similar to my classes
