The path to handstand takes determination, consistency and stubbornness.

Busy busy busy. Fence is up. Handstand wall is ready. Our team is growing. Our offerings are expanding. Plenty cake is being eaten 😋

Leaving it all on the mat. Now we have the space, our range of stronger classes is expanding. We aim to push you past your comfort zone to build strength, confidence and resilience. Focused, progressive sessions to develop mobility, dynamic movement, arm balances, push/pull strength, muscular tone and physical well-being.

Friendly faces and goings on at Shore. We've been through our first round of barista training with Arran Stein Northside Coffee Roasters and keeping well caffeinated inbetween classes 😳😅

It has been lovely to meet lots of new faces and of course our lush crew of regulars are warming in nicely to the new space.

New classes and workshops will be added to our timetable over the next few days along with some team updates 🌊🏄‍♂️
