🥊 Parent & Child Muay Thai Session 🥊

We’re excited to be running a one-off Parent & Child Muay Thai class on Saturday 18th July!

This is a great opportunity for parents to jump on the mats, train alongside your child, and see how much they’ve been learning and progressing. You’ll also learn some basic pad holding techniques so you can help them practise safely at home.

Most importantly, it’s all about spending quality time together, having fun, and sharing your child’s Muay Thai journey.

What a day at Seaton Valley High School! 🥊

We had the privilege of teaching Muay Thai to over 100 students during their activity day, sharing the sport we love and helping inspire the next generation.

A huge thank you to Dean for helping coach throughout the day, and to Angela for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a fantastic event. We can’t wait to do it again! 🙏💪
