Hotshots Weymouth – Bar & Venue Staff Wanted
Location: Hotshots, Weymouth DT49DN
Position: Part-Time & Full-Time Venue / Bar Staff
Hours: Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, and Match Days
About Hotshots:
Hotshots is one of Weymouth’s top pool Venues, We pride ourselves on creating a high energy atmosphere for our locals and visitors alike with great playing conditions.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team across bar service and customer operations. You will be at the front line of our venue, making sure our guests have a fantastic experience every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving drinks, managing tills, and maintaining high bar service standards
Ensuring pool tables, dart lanes, and seating areas are kept clean and organized
Handling customer queries with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Assisting with event nights, money match day rushes, and late night service
Requirements:
Must be 18+ (due to licensing laws)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work peak hours (Friday/Saturday nights and live sports event windows)
Previous hospitality/bar experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are what matter most!
