Hey guys!
Ryan is taking part in the London to Brighton 75 mile bike ride this month in support of The British Heart Foundation. We lost someone very special to us a few months ago due to heart failure so this is a very important cause as I know it is to many.
Ryan will be taking to the steep forest inclines and tricky technical descents hoping to cross that finish line in a good time whilst trying to raise as much money as he can for such a well deserving charity.
