Getting in shape in your 40s doesn’t mean fitness has to take over your life.
Most of the people I coach are busy. They’ve got demanding jobs, families, social lives, travel, stress and plenty of other things competing for their time.
So the answer isn’t usually doing more.
It’s getting better at the things that matter.
A few good resistance sessions each week.
Keeping active.
Eating enough protein.
Getting your overall nutrition balance right.
And doing it consistently enough to see results.
You might not be able to live like you did at 20.
And that’s fine.
Your plan should fit around your life, not your life around your plan.
