A small transformation in a years time 💚✨

On the right (in black) I was weighing in around 58kg, no set program or routine, working out everyday but not getting the results I wanted.
⏮️ Fast forward to a couple of days ago where I’ve been consistent with my program for about 6 months as well as recovering from an injury which stopped me from training for 4 of those 6 months, I have seen great results and applying these to my clients so they can enjoy having the confidence in lifting and feeling their absolute best! 🤩

After being with pure gym since November, I have decided to move to to continue my Personal Training and fitness journey.
