There will come a time to specialise but even before that, if you wish to succeed in something then focus on it and get rid of everything else that does not help you move towards your goal.

It is too easy to get disheartened with poor performances or a bad season but it is all part of progress. You can use it as motivation to work harder and if analysed properly it can assist you in working more efficiently on the right things.

I don't need to add anything else.

There is always too much looking over your shoulder! What are they doing? I'll tell them my plans! I'll tell them what I'm up to! I wonder what they will think of this!
Just do what you need to do! What they think doesn't matter! How you feel does! Be who you want to be! ❤️

Do the work. Do it consistently. The results will come. Do not moan about the results you did not get from the work you did not do.

If you follow what everyone else does, you are going to end up with everyone else. It speaks for itself. If you want to be more successful than those around you make sure your daily routines are different to theirs. 🐑

There is no doubt that Scott Fawcett is the leading course management expert. His Decade Golf provides so much knowledge and wisdom that it is impossible to ignore. The next time you look back at a round of golf and consider how you could have improved your score, I guarantee that making a different decision or accepting the result of that decision comes up again and again. As we approach Christmas it is worth reminding you that clubs that are too long for your child are a huge no for your child's progress. To me it is no coincidence that through the years and all the kids that I have taught, the most natural sw***er of the club that I have had the good fortune to coach. has grown up using clubs that were always a size too small for him.

It is too easy to give up on your round but you will never improve if you do. To learn this great game of golf, you have to learn to battle through the bad stuff and come out the other side. No one comes through unscathed. No one! Never doubt that and learn to relish the challenge!
