What an absolutely phenomenal set of results!
So many podium places, so many personal achievements and so many moments that made us emotional beyond words. Every dancer represented our school beautifully, and seeing you support, encourage and celebrate one another made us even prouder.
These results don’t happen by accident. They come from hours of training, corrections, resilience, commitment and refusing to give up.
To every dancer who stepped onto that floor — you were incredible.
Whether you came home with a medal, reached a personal goal or simply found the courage to perform, you should be so proud of yourselves.
The trophies and placings are amazing, but the growth, confidence and memories mean even more.

Yesterday was about so much more than trophies. It was about every rehearsal, every correction, every setback, every tired night and every moment our dancers chose to keep pushing.

Watching them step onto that floor with so much heart, courage and determination was emotional beyond words.🥹

The support, the screams, the hugs, the tears and the pride between our dancers showed exactly what Freedom is all about. 🫶

We also had so many incredible solo, duo and quad placings, but they deserve a whole post of their own! 👀✨

To our dancers, parents and supporters, thank you for believing in this team and standing beside us every step of the way.

This is more than a dance school.
This is more than a competition team.
This is a family!

Supporting Tamelia 💜

During our show, we spoke about a remarkable young lady who was sadly unable to take part this year.
Tamelia is 12 years old and attends our Grade 3 Ballet and Street Dance classes. She is currently undergoing treatment for cancer.

Tamelia has shown incredible courage and strength, and we want her and her family to know that they are surrounded by so much love and support from everyone at Freedom of Dance.

What an amazing day at the 💜

The biggest highlight for me was seeing the incredible support between our dancers and parents. Everyone celebrating each other’s successes, lifting each other up, and showing such genuine team spirit honestly warmed my heart.

I’m so proud of the community our 3 new crews are creating. It’s such a positive, supportive environment for our dancers to grow, learn, and be part of. 🫶

We also had some fantastic achievements throughout the day, from brilliant top 3 placements to dancers stepping up, facing fears, and overcoming obstacles. Every single dancer should feel so proud of themselves.
A huge thank you to all our parents and dancers for making the day so special.

What an incredible day for our dance school 🩰✨
Some of our amazing ballerinas took their Pre-Primary, Grade 1, and Grade 6 ballet exams — such a huge milestone in their dance journeys! From those first steps at the barre to more advanced technique and artistry, each dancer showed dedication, courage, and so much passion 💫
We are beyond proud of every single one of them — such amazing achievements and a joy to watch them shine! Now begins the exciting (and slightly nerve-wracking!) wait for results… 🤍
And we’re not stopping there… more exams coming up this November! 📅✨ We can’t wait to see even more of our dancers take on new challenges and continue to grow.
