W stronę wspólnego czasu....
Czasami czytając czy studiując Lowena mam wrażenie, ze wszytko jest jasne jak słońce i bardzo klarowne, tak czuje o moje ciało i świadomość. Jeżeli chcecie poczuć miedzy innymi ten rodzaj działania w jodze to zapraszam serdecznie na zajęcie grupowe w Londynie we wtorki i czwartki West Drayton, w piątki Perivale, lub zajęcia indywidualne rowniez na South Kensington, love and light ❤️🙏

“Mindful Awareness must be cultivated. It does not come naturally.
Monkey Mind comes naturally.
The mind flits from tree branch to tree branch - chattering incessantly.
‘Bodhicitta’ the Buddhists call it.
‘Citta-Citta-Citta...’
Seek a place of inner-stillness through inner-awareness of breath.
Take time to sit quietly beside the river of thought.
Cultivate stillness while the river flows.
-Thoughts arise.
-Do not follow them...
-Do not be carried away...
This is not ‘Not Thinking.’
Thinking is there, but we are not paying over-due attention to the content of our thoughts...
Remain in the Present.
Look larger than thoughts!
Remember, raising our Shen is more healing than unburying all the secrets in our subconscious.
We do not need to know the content of our thoughts or the reasons for our emotions in order to release them.
No analyzing is required to achieve Inner-Peace.
Only focused concentration.
Find the Still Center.
It is simple. Not difficult!
Inside us there are many who compete for our attention.
Be the one who watches.
Let the many pass...
It is called a ‘Stream of Consciousness’ for a reason.
When we dive in and allow our thoughts to rule us - all is lost.
‘Citta-Citta-Citta...’
Any monkey can do this.
Leaping from branch to branch is not an achievement.
Finding a place of mental stillness, equipoise and rest?
This we call: Self-Mastery.
Never at ease?
This we call: Disease.
Dis-Ease is the norm of our Times.
Who wants to be Normal if Normal means Never At Ease?
If the mind must think?
Think about: How to relax?
Solve the problem of always solving problems - but never feeling content.
Now you are the Master of your own energy.
No longer helpless, habitually swept away by an endless stream of thoughts and fears.
Now we are in charge of our own experience.
Not a victim of our own Bodhicitta.
Quietude is a superpower!
Cultivate that!
Then we can experience Peace whenever we choose.
Then we are the Master of our own Monkey Mind.
