This evening a few of the West Bromwich Harriers met up with the Aldridge Running Club ARC for their weekly training night. A very warm atmosphere with several different sessions to choose from including a ’Pyramid’ session, a walking group and a 6 mile jog! Great running from everyone and great to mix with another running club. Thanks for making us feel welcome - hope to do it again very soon! - Heart ‘n’ Sole 🤝🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️👋

We spent our morning marshalling at Edgbaston Reservoir Junior Parkrun and encouraging the next generation of runners. We had 1️⃣0️⃣ WBH juniors and family members run the local 2k run for juniors aged 4-14. Check out their amazing photos below!
