Join us for our Chairman’s Lunch on Saturday 3rd October, before the Men’s first home league games of the season.

Get a table together or come individually and enjoy a three-course meal, each course paired with a wine, before both the 1st XV and 2nd XV Men take to the field against Hitchin.

If anyone has some time to spare next Saturday, we will be holding our annual Working Party from 09.00 to get the club in good shape for the start of the season.

Various jobs will be proposed – you just need to choose one that suits you best.

The tasks will include tidying, cleaning, decorating, gardening and maybe even some pothole filling in the car park.

Just turn up in old working clothes and bring any tools that you think might be useful.

We will work until lunchtime when pizza and beer will be provided. There is no intention of continuing after lunch, but if you need a bit more time to finish your job, we certainly won’t be stopping you!

It is always a fun event and it is very satisfying to see the fruits of our combined labour. We hope to see you there 🔨🧹🧼🪏
